Newspaper clipping, probably from The Foley Independent about 1905:

"A family re-union was held in the home of J. F. Kampa, of Duelm, last Sunday. The following were present, which includes everyone of the family, they all being present:
"Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Kampa, Mr. and Mrs. A. V. Stimler, of Foley, Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Kampa, of Albany, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dore, of St. Paul, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Kampa, Mr. and Mrs. A. Kota and family, Mr. and Mrs. Mat Alderman, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Balder and family, Mr. and Mrs. B. Abfalter and Mr. and Mrs. J. Nunn and family. Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Kampa are the parents of 11 children of whom 6 are married. Those married are A. B. Kampa, cigar manufacturer of Albany, R. J. Kampa [should be F. J. Kampa -- Ed. note] and Mrs. A. V. Stimler, of Foley, Mrs. Wm. Dore, of St. Paul, Mrs. Blasious Abfalter and Mrs. J. L. Kampa [should be Mr. J. L. Kampa -- Ed. note], of Duelm, and C. F. Kampa, of Melrose. Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Kampa are the grandparents of 19 children. This is the first time in the last ten years that all the children have been at home and a very enjoyable time was had."
