FRANCIS "Frank" BALDER

At the time of the May 9, 1885 Minnesota state census, Frank was 1 year old and living with his parents and siblings Lucy (age 8), Charles (age 5) and Barney (age 3). His uncle Matthew and aunt Annie Voerding lived two farms away.
 
Frank farmed and engaged in road construction work until his retirement in 1954. He and his wife Martha then moved to Sauk Rapids, MN.
 
He was a member of the Sacred Heart parish of Sauk Rapids.
