Stimler and Their Allied Families Reunion
July 31, 1999 |
On Saturday, July 31st at noon from
far and wide we came to meet at the covered pavillion of Riverside Park in
St. Cloud, Minnesota. Thunderstorms the previous evening had broken the
heat spell and everything cooled down to a comfortable temperature just in
time to celebrate. What a wonderful time we all had getting to better know
each other! Julie
Chick said a heartfelt prayer of grace before we had a great meal of
broasted chicken, baked beans, dinner rolls, sliced watermelon, potato salad,
coleslaw, and relish trays culminating in carrot cake embellished with the
sentiment, "We are Family."
