73, passed away Saturday, September 14, 1991, at Monticello-Big Lake Hospital.
"Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday,
September 18, at Church of Immaculate Conception, Becker. Rev. Mark Ostendorf
will officiate. Burial will be in Becker Cemetery.
"Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m., Tuesday,
and one hour before services Wednesday at the church in Becker. Christian Mothers will pray at
7 p.m., Tuesday, at the church followed by parish prayers at 7:30 p.m. Arrangements
were by Peterson-Grinsimo Funeral Chapel, Monticello.
"Rose Woolhouse
was born January 30, 1918, in Duelm to Michael and Josephine (Stannek) Kampa. She married
Peter Woolhouse, September 22, 1937, in St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Duelm.
They farmed in the Becker area until moving into Becker in October, 1968. She was a member of
Church of Immaculate Conception and Christian Mothers.
"Survivors include her husband; daughters and
sons, Mrs. Dale (Karen) Hubbard, Mrs. Dennis (Judy) Dawson,
Mrs. Allen (Sandy) Peterson, James, Richard, Thomas and Kevin, Becker;
17 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Raymond,
Wabasha; Lawrence, Motley, Delores Zulkowsky and
Mrs. Ed (Leona) Wojciechowski, Foley.
"She was preceded in death by her parents; son,
Gerald; brothers, Michael and Eugene; and sisters, Emma,
Bertha, Florence and Sophie.
"Pallbearers will be grandsons, Garrett and
Troy Dawson, Tony Hubbard, James, Rick and Matt Woolhouse and Ryan Peterson."
