"OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Mrs. Alvin Hamer, the former Alma Stimler of Foley, 69, died Aug. 28. She was born in Foley May 2, 1904 to the late Anthony and Mary Stimler.
"Mrs. Hamer is survived by her husband; daughters Mrs. Richard (Margory) Markert, Overland Park and Mrs. Virgil (Helen) Hengel, St. Cloud, 10 grandchildren, and sisters and brothers Rupert Stimler, Wayzata; Mrs. Florence Sauer and Mrs. Mervin (Delores) Bartek, Duluth; Mrs. John (Marie) Parent, Foley; and Joseph Stimler and Mrs. Donald (Ann) Hall, Omaha, Neb.
"Funeral services will be in Overland Park with burial in Floral Hill Cemetery."
