Notes:Recorded by Capt. W. Marshall, Supt. Lanark Settlement,
and by Michael himself, as having come from Ireland in 1820
to Glasgow where he embarked on the Commerce with the
Glasgow "Society" Settlers, although he was not himself a
"Society" settler. Settled first for 10 years in Lanark township
before moving to Wolf Grove in Ramsay. Allegedly graduate
of Trinity College, Dublin, but not verified.
