MATILDA "Tillie" DEZURIK

At the time of the 1880 federal census, Tillie was 1 year old and living with her parents and three siblings on the family farm in St. George, Benton Co., MN. Father Peter was working as a farmer. He stated that he was born in Prussia as were both his parents and his sons Paul and Thomas; however, Joseph and Matilda were born in Minnesota. [Source: NA Film No. T9-0615, p. 170C.]
