"Mrs. Crescence Stimmler died on Wednesday, February 20, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. McDonald of Minneapolis, aged 77 years. Deceased was born in Germany, came to this country at the age of 13, resided in Philadelphia, came to Chaska in the 70's and later to Clear Lake, made her home here until the death of her husband in 1907 when she moved to Minneapolis. She leaves five sons: Paul, Max J. and George L. of this town, Anthony of Foley and Dan of Robbinsdale. Four daughters: Mrs. J. H. Dingmann of Clear Lake, Mrs. Ed Dingmann and Mrs. George Benninghoff of Robbinsdale. She also had 52 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
"The funeral took place the following Friday from the Acsension Church, interment in St. Mary's cemetery."
