On June 6, 1900 at the time of the federal census, Alice M. was 12 years old and living with her parents and two siblings at 322 15th St., Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota. She was attending school at the time [Source: 1900 Federal Census, N.A. Film No. 767, E.D. 60, p. 7B]. At the time of the 1905 Minnesota State Census on June 10, 1905, Alice was 17 years old and living with her parents and two siblings on E. 15th Ave., Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota. Her father was working as a teamster [1905 Minnesota State Census, Minneapolis Ward 5, Roll MNSC_124, Line 13]. Alice died of a mitral insufficiency on November 10, 1907 at 1313 Greenup in Covington, Kenton, Kentucky. She had been living in this city for a scant three weeks. She celebrated her 20th birthday just one week prior to her death. Before that she had been living at 322 E. 15th Avenue in Minneapolis. |
