"Agnes Walburn, age 99, of the
Cuyuna Regional Care Center, Crosby and formerly of 508 South Second Street, Sauk Rapids, was born
January 8, 1894, in Duelm to Thomas and Johanna (Ranmke) Kampa. She married
Carroll Walburn, April 11, 1921, at the Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis.
She had lived in Sauk Rapids for 40 years before moving to Crosby in 1981. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church,
Sauk Rapids and a Jubilee Member of Sacred Heart Christian Women.
"She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Bernice and Ray Stumvoll of
Crosby; one grandchild, Joseph Stumvoll; and two great-grandchildren: Austin & Tanner Stumvoll.
"She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll, August 5, 1981;
parents; brothers: Joe, Charles, Mike,
Tom and John Kampa; sisters: Anna Marvin, Julia Hanchett, Mary Popilek,
Clara Herbst, Frances Jurek, Pauline Balder, Martha Solinski and
Bertha Kelly."
