 Norbert A. Balder, a resident of the Foley Nursing Center,
died July 5, 2004, at the Foley Nursing Center.
Mass of Christian Burial was held July 8 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Duelm with
Fr. Bernard Kahlhamer officiating. Burial was in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of
Little Falls.
Norbert Balder was born Aug. 30, 1925, in Benton County, to Robert
and Elizabeth (Halfman) Balder.
He is survived by his sister, Elsie Kirchoff of Foley and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Dolores Mullen.
