Notes:At the time of the April 23, 1930 U.S. federal census, John was 33 years old and living with
his wife Grace, daughter Rosemary, and William Hohn (John's younger brother?) at 4306 North St. in Flint, Genesee County, Michigan.
The family owned a radio. Both John and William were working as laborers in an automobile factory. He stated that he was born in Minnesota, as were both
his parents, but his daughter was born in Michigan. John said he was married when she was 31 and Grace was 21 years old.
