on the old Stimler Residence: "The Stimler house is on the NW
corner of Carpenter and Norman. We lived one house north on Norman and
Marge lived three houses west on Carpenter. Neither Norman nor Carpenter
went through in those days. Both dead-ended a few houses past where both
Marge and I lived. That's one fact that I am sure of. Hwy 25 didn't exist
where it is now shown. I'm not sure about Glenn but it looks to me like
Glenn would be the old Hwy 23 from St Cloud. The Lutheran Church is on the
corner of Dewey and Norman, right across the street from the Stimler place."
