At the time of the May 23, 1885 Minnesota state census, Albert was 8 years old and living with his parents, four siblings and Xavier Diderick (age 40, from Canada) in St. George, Benton, Minnesota. Albert was 18 years old and living with his parents and two siblings in St. George Township on July 3, 1895 when census taker George Crook of Estes Brook enumerated the Minnesota state census. Eight days later on July 11th Crook again listed Albert in the census, this time living with merchant C. A. and Dina Hunck, their three children (ages 17, 15 and 2) and Annie Terwey (age 19) in St. George Township, Benton, Minnesota. At the time of the June 1, 1900 U.S. federal census, Albert F. was 23 years old and living with his parents and five siblings in Saint George, Benton, Minnesota. His father was working as a farmer, and his two youngest siblings were attending school. At the time of the June 17, 1905 Minnesota state census, Albert was 26 years old and living with his parents and five siblings in St. George, Benton, Minnesota. His father was a farmer, and he was working as a farm laborer as were his two younger brothers; his elder brother Charley was working as a day laborer. Albert married Wilhelmina "Minnie" Ahrens in Duelm, Benton, Minnesota on Jan. 20, 1913 when he was 36 and she was 26 years old. On Aug. 20, 1915 Albert died in Stearns County, Minnesota. He was 38 years old. |
