County.

"John Foley founder of the village of Foley, this county, died at St. Joseph's hospital St. Paul Sunday morning. The funeral was held from the home of his brother, Timothy Foley, at 9 a. m. Tuesday and from the St. Paul cathedral an hour later.
"John Foley came to Benton county 25 years ago at the age of 40 years from Ontario, Canada, where he was born. He was a member of the well known firm of Foley Bros., wholesale grocers, St. Paul, and railroad contractors. He founded the village of Foley which was his home up to the time of his death.
"The deceased never married."
