"C. F. Balder, of the town of Duelm, Benton county, was
in the city Monday evening and brought the sad news of the death of his father, to his relatives in St. Cloud.
Mr. Balder's father died on Monday. He had reached an advanced age. The deceased was the father of the
late Frank Balder, of this city, the owner of the brewery in this city which
still bears his name. He leaves a number of grown children."
