Age 59 of Oakdale, MN Formerly of Becker, MN Passed away suddenly June 27, 2015. Survived by children Jenny (Michael) Benysek & their daughter (his only grandchild & fishing buddy) Ashley; Tonia (Nick) Karpen & Anthony Metzger; parents Fred & Gloria Metzger; siblings Kim Lutz, Teresa Metzger, Mary (Dan) Loegering, Gary (Dawn) Metzger & Chip (Angie) Metzger; many nieces, nephews, family, friends & neighbors. Avid outdoorsman. He will be remembered for his selflessness & dedication to his family & friends. Memorial gathering Thursday (7/2) 4 - 8 PM with Prayer Service at 6:00 pm at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
