Notes: Francis's mother died when he was 4 years old, leaving him and his 8-year-old brother Joseph motherless.
 
At the time of the May 5, 1910 U.S. Federal Census, Francis was 6 years old and living with his grandparents, Patrick and Annie Curry, and his aunt Agnes and uncles James and Edward Curry on 194 Center Street in Middle Frackville, Schuylkill, Pennsylvania. His aunt was working as a dressmaker at home and both of his uncles were laborers working as coal breakers.

At the time of the Jan. 9, 1920 U.S. federal census, Francis was 15 years old and living with his grandmother Annie Curry, uncle Edward and aunt Bridget in their own home at 317 Center Street in Frackville North Ward, Schuylkill, Pennsylvania. He was attending school at the time. His uncle was working as a laborer in the coal mine.
 
Frank married Helen Louise Stimmler in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1922 when she was 21 and he was 19 years old.
 
At the time of the Apr. 5, 1930 U.S. federal census, Frank was 26 years old and living with his wife Helen and their two daughters in their own home valued at $4,000 located at 315 Kinsley Street in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was working as a shipper in a furniture factory. The family owned a radio. Their eldest daughter Eleanor was attending school.
 
At the time of the April 13, 1940 U.S. Federal Census, Frank stated she was 36 years old and living with his wife Helen, daughters Eleanor, Dorothea and Joan, and his widowed mother-in-law, Nora, at 315 Kingsley Street in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His mother-in-law was working as a housekeeper for a private residence; she worked 40 hours a week for 52 weeks in 1939 and made $275. Frank was working as an accountant with the WPA; he had not been employed in the previous year.
 
Frank died on Apr. 30, 1998 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was 94 years old.
