At the time of the June 3, 1905 Minnesota state census, Frank was 1 year old and living with his parents and five siblings in St. George, Benton, Minnesota. His father was a farmer and his eldest brother Louis was working as a farm laborer.
 
At the time of the May 2, 1910 U.S. federal census, Frank was 6 years old and living with his mother, six siblings and infant niece, Anna Fischer, in St. George, Benton, Minnesota. His mother was working as a farmer in general farming and his eldest brother Louis was working as a laborer on the home farm.
 
At the time of the Jan. 19, 1920 U.S. federal census, Frank was 15 years old and living with his parents and five siblings in St. George, Benton, Minnesota. His father was working as a farmer in general farming and he was working as a laborer on the home farm.
 
At the time of the April 14, 1930 federal census, Frank was 28 years old, single and living as a roomer with the Louis and Molly Larson family with Molly's mother, Mina Gielhaug, and Molly's sister, Violet, in the District 85, Pontiac, Oakland, Michigan. He was working as a molder at a foundry [Source: 1930 U.S. Census, Roll: 1018; Page: 14B; Enumeration District: 85].
 
Frank was 29 and Bernice Mary Wood was 19 years old when they were married at Hazel Park, Oakland, Michigan on May 10, 1933 by Clergyman James F. Duckworth. Witnesses Clinton and Alice Wood, along with the bride, were residing together at 37 W. Garfield, Hazel Park at the time. Bernice said her father's name was Judd Wood and her mother's maiden name was Mamie Kelly.

Frank's last residence was Hazel Park, Oakland, Michigan. He died there on June 9, 1983 at the age of 79.
