| This is where Frank and Ruby Rhoades Stickney were married in 1912. While it once was in a very nice area of town, when the freeway bisected the old Victorian neighborhood it fell into disrepair and became a rough neighborhood. St. Stephen's has now become a parish administering to the destitute. |
