He was 6 ft. tall, weighed 167 lbs., and had a ruddy complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. Robert Arthur Netkow married Odile Laverne Gendreau in Little Falls, Minnesota, on Jan. 4, 1947, when he was 20 and she was 22 years old. Their daughter Sylvia A. was born on Feb. 14, 1949. Son Daniel Anthony was born in 1951, and son Richard Alan was born on January 13, 1953, in Anoka, Minnesota. In 1953 when Bob was 27 years old, he, Odile and their family were living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was working as an engineer. Bob and Odile were listed as living at 725 80th Ave NE in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in both 1992 and 2001. Their son James Arthur was born on Dec. 27, 1954, in Hennepin, Minnesota. Twin daughters Patrice Marie and Janice Odile were born on Mar. 9, 1958, in Hennepin County, Minnesota. When Bob was 45, his father Anthony John passed away on Apr. 12, 1971, in Fridley, Minnesota, at the age of 84. His mother Elizabeth Henrietta passed away on Dec. 13, 1980, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the age of 94. Robert Arthur Netkow passed away on Mar. 18, 2010, in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, at the age of 83. He and his wife had been married 63 years. He was buried at Epiphany Catholic Cemetery, in Coon Rapids, Anoka, Minnesota. |
