  		At the time of the April 7, 1930 federal census, Norma was 4-1/2 years old and living with her parents and her four older siblings on a rented farm in Minden, Benton County, MN. Her father was working as a farmer. He stated that he and her mother were married when they both were 22 years old. The family did not own a radio [Source: 1930 Federal Census, NA Film No. T626-1078, E.D. 10, p. 3A].
 
Following her marriage to Carl Marohn, Norma and her husband moved to Brainerd, Minnesota where they raised seven children. In March of 1973, the family moved to Billings, Montana. Norma was a waitress at Sage Tower from 1978 to 1988.
 
Norma and Carl were living at 1731 Elaine in Billings, Montana when she died on Saturday afternoon, February 19, 1994 at St. Vincent Hospital after a long illness.
