Her father was working as a farmer. At the time of the June 2, 1900 U.S. Federal Census, Lena was 17 years old and living with her parents, nine siblings, two servants, and 15 boarders in her father's hotel in St. Cloud Township, Stearns, Minnesota. Lena was not attending school at the time. Lena died April 1, 1902 at the age of 19. |
