Notes: At the time of the Nov. 17, 1870 U.S. Federal Census, Annie was 3 years old and living with her parents and three siblings on Main St. of Manayunk
  in the 21st Ward of the 69th District of the City of Philadelphia.

In the 1880 Pennsylvania Census, Ann was 14 years old and living with her parents and siblings in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA. She was working in a woolen mill [Source: 1880 Federal Census, NA Film No. T9-1180, p. 12C].
 
At the time of the April 14, 1930 federal census, Annie claimed to be 55 years old and living with her sister Catherine in their own home valued at $4,000 and located at 419 Monastery Avenue (Dist. 593), Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. She was working as a practical nurse in the nursing field [Source: 1930 Federal Census, NA Film No. T626-2103, p. 10A].

As of the Apr. 1, 1940 U.S. Federal Census, Anna was 75 years old and boarding at 3933 Pine St. in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania along with other old age pensioners living with the William J. Perry family. She had been living at the same location in 1935. She stated that she completed her education through the fifth grade. She was under a doctor's care at the time.

Five weeks later Annie died at the 3933 Pine St. residence of pulmonary edema exacerbated by chronic myocarditis with congestive failure. She was 70 years old.
