Ceola Weingard (née Stimler) comments on these photographs: "Peggy Campbell Schwartz (née Weingard) . . . is the sister of
Tom Weingard and is the one who donated the kidney to him. Photos
were taken in San Diego in 1964. We had traveled to San Diego from the
Philippines because your uncle Tom had been mistakenly sent there when he
was ill in the Philippines. He was later sent to Oakknoll Naval Hospital
in Oakland California, near our home in Hayward. . . . That was when
she was married to Dean Campbell and she is now married to
Jim Schwartz and living in New Mexico."
