 On Saturday, July 21st at 10 a.m. from
all over the United States we came to meet at the Riverside Park Shelter in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. The weather was perfect -- warm and sunny with a pleasant breeze. After a couple hours of chatting
and getting to know our new-found relatives, everyone took a seat. Rae Bordua
thanked the organizers of and contributors to the event, Dick Kampa, Sharon Farrah,
LoisMarie Okonek, Scott Stimler and Leo Stimmler and introduced Dick who briefly discussed his legacy
questionnaire. Dick then said an
eloquent prayer of grace and thanks for the blessings of family before we lined up for a delicious and bountiful meal of broasted chicken,
baked beans, potato salad, assorted fruits and vegetables, including dips, fresh rolls and for dessert -- chocolate brownies!
