Dolores was born and raised in rural Foley and taught elementary school in one-room schoolhouses before teaching for many years in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. After their retirement in 1981 the couple moved to Cross Lake where they lived for many years. Daniel preceded her in death on December 4, 1993. She later married Leonard Latterell on Aug. 22, 2003 at Immaculate Heart Catholic Church, Cross Lake. Dolores was an avid reader and enjoyed baking. She was active in her church communities that included memberships at both Immaculate Heart and St. John's Catholic Church. Dolores was very fond of her years spent at the lake. |
