| KAMPA, Ann Margaret - Flint, Michigan age 97, died Monday, June 27, 2005 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM Friday, July 1, 2005 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 706 Beach Street, Flint, Father Frederick H. Taggart, O.S.A. officiating. Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Matthew Catholic Church. Visitation 1-8PM Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Ann will be at the church from 9AM Friday until the time of the Mass. She was born in Little Falls, Minnesota on September 21, 1907, the daughter of Andrew and Mary Evans, and was a resident of the Flint area since 1929. She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, the Altar Society and the Daughters of Isabella. Surviving are many nieces and nephews; "Aunt Ann's" special family, Marilyn and husband Dan Burch and their children, Theresa and husband Tony Kratofil, Mike Kolena, Mary Kolena, Robert and wife Rose-Anne Kolena. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon, in 1975; 8 brothers and a sister. |
