McCarthy’s Restaurant was a famous splashy restaurant in the Minneapolis area with great dinners during the late 1940’s to early 1950’s. It was located at 5600 Wayzata Boulevard in Minneapolis Minnesota. It has the original sign that stood out front on the cover design. The history is rich with stories and it was a well liked fun spot during the 1950’s.
